Jamaican: Mild Jerk Spice Mix (master recipe)

Procedure:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Store spice mix in a sealed jar and refrigerate until ready to use

Note: This mild recipe is intended as a base mix. Jamaican cuisine is usually spicy and calls for Scotch Bonnet or habanero peppers which I like to add later.
