Chinese: Stir-Fried Water Spinach (Ong Choy)

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Saute garlic in oil for about 1 minute
  2. Add ong choy, stir fry about 1 minute
  3. Add water, cover pan, let steam for about 2 minutes
  4. Add salt to taste
  5. Serve immediately

Note: This simple recipe can also be adapted for virtually any type of Asian greens.
