Jamaican: Sticky Sweet Fried Plantains

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Melt coconut oil over medium heat and place plantain slices carefully in skillet without overlapping
  2. Cook the plantains until browned and crisp on the bottom (around 3-5 minutes); flip the plantains and cook for another 2-4 minutes
  3. Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a bowl; pour the mixture onto the cooked plantains and toss
