Course Policies

These are the policies of the Sarnia Lambton Association of REALTORS® (SLAR) New Member Orientation Program. In order to continue in the online portion, Members must accept these policies. If a Member disagrees with any of these policies they are to contact the Association’s Executive Officer at 519-336-6871.

1. The Orientation Program must be completed within 30 days. Day 1 will be the date SLAR emails the course code to the Member. Failure to complete the Program within 30 days will result in the suspension of access to the Association’s MLS® system.
2. Failure to complete the Program entirely may result in the suspension of all Board Services.
3. Where the SLAR education course materials are accessed by means of the Internet or other electronic transmissions, SLAR, its service providers and/or its business partners are not responsible for any damage or loss of data that may result to the applicant, the applicant’s computer system, or any other electronic device of the applicant.

You also agree that this course does NOT constitute legal advice and in all cases, questions about real estate transactions and dealing with customers, clients and the public are to be referred to your Manager or Principal Broker.

You also agree that this course is protected by copyright and all graphics, illustrations, narrations, text and methods of delivery are owned by World Wide Learning Group.
