Dreamfeel is a studio based in Dublin, Ireland. We’re a small but diverse team of artists, writers, and designers, who believe in the potential of games media. We’re dedicated to broadening the horizons of games and game making and want to work with a programmer who shares similar goals for a more open, diverse, and exploratory games culture.
If Found, Please Return is our first major commercial title featuring never before seen game mechanics, and a heartbreaking story in which the player erases their universe. In 2016 it won the grand prize at the Irish Design Awards.
We’re looking for folks who can join us in Dublin for a 12 month contract starting from May 2018, with potential to continue with us on future projects. You will be directly working with Llaura, our creative lead and current developer, in extending the existing code base and existing game mechanics as well as optimizing the game for multiple platforms.
Salary is subject to programmer’s experience and negotiable. We are also open to 4 day work weeks, and part-time working from home.
This is open to international candidates, and we can secure work visas in such cases. There is also a small possibility for someone working remotely but we will favour those who can work in Dublin.

Requirements:
- A creative minded programmer who is also confident with and proficient in solving challenging technical problems.
- Experience with Unity, & C#.
- Experience with memory management and optimization.
Pluses
- Experience in optimisation for iOS.
- Experience in graphics shaders.
- Experience in experimental game making and quick prototyping.
- Someone with a diverse range of interests which extend beyond games culture. If you are involved in activist or volunteer work or have experience working on artistic projects please let us know in your cover letter.
