• There are no available parking spots. You can add your name to the waiting list and we will contact you if a spot becomes available. PARKING WAIT LIST  To help us manage parking requests efficiently, please do not call the office to be added to the parking waitlist. Instead, use the Google Form to submit your request. The form is the only method used to maintain the waitlist, and all requests must be submitted through it. Thank you for your cooperation.
• The deadline for the "Lynx to the Arts" publication is September 5th.  This includes fine arts senior spotlights (art, chorus, oral interp, orchestra and theater), teacher/staff pages, parent ads, membership roster, etc.  Please submit your information here: https://forms.gle/JtDb4r2AMPrqczhH6.  (Senior spotlights receive a different link in their email.)
• Brandon Valley has a new District Events calendar, which is available in the “Calendar” tab of the following site: https://www.gobound.com/sd/schools/brandonvalley .

• If you are searching for a COMPETITION schedule for a specific sport or marching band, click on Activities and then select the program.
• If you are searching for both NON-COMPETITION AND competition events, click on “Calendar” and then use either the filter icon or the “List” option to choose an activity or event type (tag). Examples of event types (or filter tags) include Important Dates; School Calendar; Conferences; Concerts; Dances; Practice Begins; Pigskin Classic; Homecoming; High School Events; Middle School Events; Intermediate School Events; Elementary Events; specific elementaries; Senior Class; Junior Class; Academic Testing; Awards Ceremonies; and more.  (Tip: If you reach the end of the list, use the month icon to click to a future month, and additional dates will appear in the list.)  

 Schedules are live for the coming year.

• Upcoming Sports Meeting: Middle School Football and Volleyball – Monday, August 10, 7:00 p.m., BVHS Activities Center.
• BOUND REGISTRATION - REQUIRED BEFORE PRACTICE: BOUND registration is required for each BV sport and includes the upload of a complete physical dated on or after April 1, 2026. ( BOUND-registration instructions on page 1 of the Brandon Valley physical form.) Registration should be completed at least one week prior to the start of practice. If registration is completed less than a week in advance, we may not have enough time or resources to verify registration and clear the student for practice. (Note: please do not upload a physical separately from sports registration; doing so complicates the registration process, and full registration is required.) Also, please ensure all areas of the physical form are complete before you upload, including the explanation of any “Yes” answers on page 2. Another commonly missed area is the second section on page 2 – which begins with, “Over the last two weeks....”  All physical forms are checked after BOUND registration, and all areas must be complete for the physical form to be valid.

• Reminder for POWER DAY: You will not be able to pick up your laptop until the Tech Forms are completed in Family Access, and insurance is paid for or opted out of. Parents, log in to Family Access and select “Online Forms”.

• 2025-2026 Yearbooks will be delivered in the fall and distributed after school starts.
