- There will be a competitive cheer meeting for those who made the 2026 team. This meeting will be at 3:30 p.m. TODAY in the community room. If you are unable to attend, please email Coach Tentinger (Bailey.Tentinger@k12.sd.us)
- May is National Speech and Hearing Month. This week American Sign Language students are celebrating by bringing about public awareness on communication etiquette with the Deaf. This week, take the opportunity to learn a new sign from a classmate or from the posters that will be spread out in our hallways. Learning even one sign helps build connection and inclusion.
- High School Girls: Have you or your friends ever thought about joining the wrestling team? Did you know that registration for summer workouts is open now? Summer is a great time to give the sport a try, meet the other girls on the team, and learn the fundamentals. Contact Coach Outland (Room 167, or email - Derek.Outland@k12.sd.us) if interested.

- On April 1, 2026, Brandon Valley’s new physical form (for the year 2026-2027) was emailed to all students in grades 6-11 and their parents. The email and the physical form include Activity/BOUND registration instructions. Registration is now open for all 2026-2027 sports and high school marching band. It can be completed any time after the student has a new physical dated on or after April 1, 2026 – and it is REQUIRED before practice. Follow the instructions on the physical form. As was the case this year, physicals must be uploaded as part of the BOUND registration process; paper, faxed and emailed physical forms will NOT be accepted.
