Beach Park School District Bully Report Form

Beach Park School District administration recognizes the seriousness of bullying, and understands that no students are immune to such behavior. In an effort to help students and parents report instances of bullying, a form has been created specifically for this purpose.

Please read the following information regarding reporting instances of bullying and what you can expect from the administration at Beach Park School District.

Who should report bullying behavior:

Anyone who feels they have been bullied, anyone who has witnessed another Beach Park student being bullied, and anyone who has been bullying others and would like help to stop.

We encourage students to:

Speak up! Bullies are sneaky about what they do and when they do it. It is very possible that adults will not know something is going on until you report it. Keep us informed if the bullying continues or ends after it has been reported.

What to do if you have witnessed bullying:

Take a “screen shot” of the text, post, email, etc. (if cyber bullying). Email the screen shot with additional description to the administrator include your name, name of bully, date and time of incident, and any relevant history. Students should feel free to report bullying at any time to any staff member in the Beach Park School District. All reports of bullying will be taken seriously and followed up on accordingly.

What you can expect from the Beach Park School District:

All reports of bullying that are reported either in person or using the bully report form will be followed up on by building principal. The principal will begin an investigation to gather information about the bullying incident(s).

Forma para Reportar Bully (Intimidación, Acoso) Distrito Escolar de Beach Park

La administración del Distrito Escolar de Beach Park reconoce la gravedad de la intimidación y entiende que no hay estudiantes que sean inmunes a este tipo de comportamiento. En un esfuerzo para ayudar a los estudiantes y padres de familia a reportar los casos de bully (intimidación, acoso), se ha creado una forma específicamente para hacerlo.

Por favor lea la siguiente información con respecto a los casos de informes de intimidación y lo que puede esperar de la administración del Distrito Escolar de  Beach Park.

¿Quién debe reportar el comportamiento de Bully  (intimidación, acoso)?:

Cualquier persona que sienta que ha sido acosado, cualquiera que haya sido testigo de otro estudiante de Beach Park siendo intimidado, y cualquiera que a hecho bully (intimidado, acosado) a los otros y le gustaría ayuda para parar ese comportamiento.

Alentamos a los estudiantes a:

¡Hablar! Los bully (intimidación, acoso) son elusivos, engañosos sobre lo que hacen y cuando lo hacen. Es muy posible que los adultos no sepan que algo está pasando hasta que tú lo reportes. Por favor mantennos informados si el acoso continúa o termina después de que se ha sido reportado.

¿Qué hacer si usted ha presenciado la intimidación?:

Tome una “screen shot”  "foto de la pantalla" del texto, publicación, correo electrónico, etc. (si la intimidación es cibernética). Envíe la imagen capturada con la descripción adicional al administrador, incluye tu nombre, el nombre de bully (acosador), fecha y hora del incidente y cualquier historia relevante. Los estudiantes deben sentirse libres para reportar el bully (intimidación, acoso) en cualquier momento con cualquier miembro del personal en el Distrito Escolar de Beach Park. Todos los reportes de intimidación se tomarán en serio y se les dará el seguimiento correspondiente.

¿Qué se puede esperar del Distrito Escolar de Beach Park?:

Todos los reportes de bully (intimidación, acoso) que se reporten ya sea en persona o mediante las forma de reporte de bully  se le dará seguimiento por el director del edificio. El director iniciará una investigación para recabar información sobre el incidente(s) de bully (intimidación, acoso).
