Minutes for September 14  at 7:30 in New Borough Hall  

Next Meeting in office October 5 at 7:30

Attending:  Tom Price, Jo Schuler, Tess LaMontange,  Lori Kesilman. Derek MacMillan,

Absent: Andrea Antell

We are in need of ONE more member.  Contact the office if you are interested.

Committee Organization:

• Derek is chair
• Andrea is the treasurer
• Lori is secretary
• We meet on first Mondays of the month  

Minutes for Tonight’s Meeting:

1. Andrea - finance update

1. Andrea sent spreadsheet to group - the document verified by Marie is in the minutes folder

2. Comprehensive Plan and Permits discussed.  Tess will be working with Mark this week.
3. Master Plan Outline - Andrea will send out to the group and we will discuss at the next meeting.
4. Mission Statement Discussed - Possibility - The Orchard Park Committee, in collaboration with Borough officials, is committed to providing areas of natural enjoyment, preservation of habitat, support of native species, and places to foster community well-being.  We are dedicated to supporting these these ideals in the present and planning for the future.
5. Looked at quotes - Tess will share with Mark and see what he thinks.  
6. New grant (with no match) update - Bird Town would like to apply for this Tom will start contact.
