- Saturday payment includes registration for the afternoon Goodwill Tournament. All camp participants are expected to attend in the tournament as a competitor or spectator.
- Single sessions on different days may not be combined for the “2 classes” fee. For example, a black belt training on Thursday morning and Friday afternoon would be paid as two separate one class fees of $140 + $140 = $280 (not the $210 two classes fee).
- No refunds once camp starts.
- Training will take place in Wellness Center, Building #7 - Worcester University Map - you can preview the gym facilities in this video tour of the Wellness Center.
- Historically, all students bow in together on the first day in the main gym
- Thereafter, white green and brown belts meet, bow-in, and train in separate rooms
- Masks are encouraged, but not required during training. Please feel free to wear a mask if that is the best personal health choice for you.

STEP 4: PRINT your exam application form. (Keep it as a back-up copy)
Special notes about entering your name in the Dan Exam application:
- Your combined FIRST and LAST name can be at most 17 characters to fit on the diploma
- Please use the preferred convention of your country / culture as you want it to appear sequentially on your exam certificate if you pass
- For example, as the directions above state, most Americans and many Europeans may use their FIRST name in the first field and their LAST (family) name in the second field. In such cases the English convention of FIRST NAME then LAST NAME, for example JOHN SMITH, would be entered as JOHN in the first field and SMITH in the second field.
- However, if your country / culture’s tradition is to put your family name before your given name you may enter that however you prefer. For example, most Japanese and other Asian countries or cultures might put their family name in the first field and their given name in the second field.

There will be a digital option through Zelle to pay or you can pay cash. If you happen to also be taking the Dan exam, that payment will have already included the $5 card fee, so we would collect five dollars less for this final qualification registration cost at camp.
