Course Policies

These are the policies of the Windsor-Essex County Association of REALTORS® New Member Orientation Program. In order to continue in the online portion, Members must accept these policies. If a Member disagrees with any of these policies, they are to contact Krista Gionet at the Windsor-Essex County Association of REALTORS® at 519-966-6432 ext. 102.

1. There are two parts to the New Member Orientation. Part One is technology training on the MLS® System, WEBForms™, Touchbase and other technologies offered to Members through your Membership. 
2. Part Two is governance, organized real estate, membership and more. Members are encouraged to complete the course within 14 days. Day 1 will be the date the Association emails the course code to the Member.
3. Failure to complete both Parts One and Two within one year after joining WECAR; may result in your Membership with WECAR may be terminated.
4. Where the Association’s education course materials are accessed by means of the Internet or other electronic transmissions, the Association, its service providers and/or its business partners are not responsible for any damage or loss of data that may result to the applicant, the applicant’s computer system, or any other electronic device of the applicant.

You also agree that this course does NOT constitute legal advice and in all cases, questions about real estate transactions and dealing with customers, clients and the public are to be referred to your Broker of Record or Office Manager.
