Weekly Bulletin

April 30 - May 4, 2018  |  Week 33

MESSAGE FROM BAA HEADMASTER, MS. CLARK

Welcome to May! We have two months left of the school year, and it's time to solidify plans for summer.

As a school, we are solidifying the plans for the closing of our Ipswich building and the move. Next bulletin, we will be sharing some more specific relocation updates. We are expecting some final information from BPS this week.

It's also time for students to solidify their summer plans. At this point in the year, many students have their summer plans set. But there are still many opportunities for students who don't. BPS has published a good list here, and we've listed a number of opportunities in the "Summer Opportunities" section below. At Boston Arts Academy we know that our most competitive graduates have been thoughtful about how the experiences they took on in the summer supported their development as artists, scholars, and citizens. If you don't have a plan, it's not too late to make one.

Have a great week!

CONGRATULATIONS AND SHOUT OUTS

Shout out to Ms. Lord who has been nominated for an Elliot Norton award for her design of the professional production of In the Heights, at Wheelock Theatre.
