Minutes for April 7 at 7:00 in New Borough Hall  

Next meeting May 5, 2014 at 7:30

Attending:  Lori Kesilman, Lorraine Brutschea, Tess LaMontange, Derek MacMillan, Chris Stanford, Ed Glasgow, Gwen Preston-Yamamoto

Absent:  Andrea Antell

Committee Organization:

• Derek is chair
• Lori is secretary
• We meet on first Mondays of the month.  Robin - Is this time available to have?

First Topic: Chris Stanford discussed Trail to Pine Run and grant split

• 40 match this year and 22 match next year
• Derek will be asking board to approve the matching funds at tomorrow night’s meeting
• Chris will touch base with four houses and find out about easements

Second Topic: Reviewed sign ideas with Ed.

• Ed will bring new ideas to next meeting and we hope to finalize it.
