1. Lori takes minutes and sends to Andrea
2. Andrea will makes changes and sends them to Lori who will forward it to the group

Minutes for tonight’s meeting:

1. Review of April 2, 2018  - approved and Andrea will ask Sam to post to website

1. Derek brought up concerns about a branch and grass height in the caution tape area.  Andrea and Tom will look at it. 

2. Financials & Budget – Treasurer’s Summary

1. Looking for two additional ash tree removal quotes  -
2. Mowing - Will ask PODs to mow in the area around the picnic bench.  Sam will communicate this to them.

3. Topics for Discussion:

1. OP Boundary survey & staking 

1. Date set to find the remaining non-located boundary marker in the woods and install last stakes

2. Planning Commission - Comprehensive Plan – P&R submission

1. Feedback - Our part looked good!

1. TreeVitalize Grant

1. We are not going to spearhead this grant this year,  we would be a part of it if other borough groups were interested in doing it.
2. Civic has applied and got a letter of intent.

2. Hazard Ash Trees -

1. PECO is cutting down ask only if they are near their lines
2. Sam will look into using risk control money for ash removal

3. Additional Activities:

1. Farmers Market - Andrea is looking into it
2. Local Classes - Lori and Alex will talk about this
3. Halloween pumpkin activity or harvest festival - under consideration

4. OP DCNR Grant
