05.14.2020

We are officially reopened as of April 24th and are now operating under our usual and customary hours as posted on our website and doors!  Group Fitness and Kidsplex will be available beginning Monday, May 18th with modified schedules and times for both. We would like to thank all of you who have hung in here with us during these uncharted times and are grateful that we have now been given the opportunity to once again fuel your mental, emotional and physical well-being in a “closer-to-normal” capacity!

Below are the details of our reopening protocols and modifications until further notice:

Our Staffed hours of operation are Mon - Thu 5am - 10pm, Fri 5am - 9pm, Sat 7am - 6pm and Sun 9am -6pm.

Kidsplex hours for the time being will be Mon - Fri 8:00am - 12pm and 4pm - 7pm and Sat 8:30 am - 12pm on a first-come, first-serve basis with a maximum ratio of 10 kids per employee.  We will be operating in compliance with Governor Brian Kemp’s recent Executive Order as it applies to “Childcare Facilities”.

All staff and trainers will be required to have their temperature taken on-site, prior to each shift every day to protect all of our members.

The Group Fitness room will be set up to allow for 10’ spacing between each participant. Equipment will be sanitized between classes; however, we encourage everyone to bring their own yoga mat for BodyFlow and yoga.  We do have a supply of yoga mats for sale in our lobby for your convenience.

Every other cardio machine has been taken out of use to provide for approximately 6’ distancing between each piece.

The following is a list of requirements for all staff, members and guests as mandated by Governor Brian Kemp’s Executive Order dated 05.12.2020

No one may enter the facility if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19, had symptoms of COVID-19 or had contact with a person that has, has had or is suspected to have COVID-19.

No one may enter the facility if they have a temperature greater than 100.4 degrees, a cough, shortness of breath or other respiratory issues, fever, chills, sore throat or recent loss of taste or smell.

Members and guests are required to practice social distancing guidelines of 6’ or greater between others during their visit and congregating with others is not allowed.

All members and guests are required to sanitize their equipment after use at each particular station with the yellow sanitizing solution available throughout the facility in spray bottles that kills coronavirus and wipe down with the provided paper towels.

Governor Brian Kemp is also asking for all participants to conduct their workout and exit their facility without unnecessary delay.

Again, thank you for choosing Bodyplex as your fitness provider and we look forward to serving you again, soon!! We are humbled and thankful for the many who have chosen to continue supporting us during this time as we have been working as a team to continue supporting you.
