How to find Zoom Cloud Recording Chat’s in media space? (Canvas “My Media” or nyit.mediaspace.kaltura.com)

When recording to the cloud, Zoom videos will be found in Canvas  “My Media” or nyit.mediaspace.kaltura.com. Zoom chat files will also be available, however are listed as a separate attachment within the video file. To find your Zoom chat file:

 

  1. Click on tab “My Media - Find your videos here!”.

  1. Find your video and click on it.

  1. Click on ACTIONS to the right.

  1. From the drop down menu click on Edit.

  1. A new window will open. Click on the “Attachments” tab.

  1. Once clicked,  you will see the Zoom chat file. Under Actions to the right. There are three options.
  1. Pencil Icon: Edit the name/add a file description.
  2. “X” icon: Delete the file.
  3. Download icon: Download the file  (downloads as mp4 file.)
