Course Navigation: How to Unhide/Hide Items

  1. Click on Settings in your course navigation menu.
  2. Click on the Navigation tab (top of screen). The course navigation will appear
  1. Click three dots next to link item to disable (remove from navigation) or move (up or down within the course navigation)
  1. Hidden course items. (in this example, LockDown Browser). Will appear on the bottom of the page. Look below “Drag items here to hide them from students.”
  1. Click on the three dots on the right to “Enable” or “Move” to appear in the course navigation (or simply drag and drop).
  1. Unhidden course items. Appear in your course navigation.
  2. With any change, do not forget to click SAVE on the bottom right hand corner. If using a laptop the SAVE button may be hidden from view, make sure to scroll down and look right! Navigation links will update once saved.

Note: Course link names in the navigation cannot be changed. They are pre-set!
