Before Arriving
- I have uploaded my ID123 ID card
- I have completed, printed & signed Medical Release Form(s)
- I have discussed pertinent info with my student(s) from the SA Policies & Procedures (including Behavior & Discipline) and this campus’ handbook (including Dress Code)
- I understand PA (Parent Assist) dates and time slots & have signed up sufficiently for fall term
- I understand email is the main method of communication used by SA and have whitelisted site directors, administrators, and instructors as instructed in the pre-orientation video
At Orientation
- I have checked in at the Parent Assistant table to verify I have signed up correctly
- I have picked up my MS/HS student(s)’ printed ID card(s), if applicable
- I have submitted my student(s)’ medical release form(s)
- I have submitted a “Quick Glance Index Card” for each student, which includes student name, class schedule, and allergy info (in red) on front, parent/emergency contact names/numbers & approved alternate pickup person(s) on back
- I have met my student(s)’ instructors & know where classrooms are located
I have asked any clarifying questions, if needed, and verify that I understand:
- Parking/traffic flow as detailed in this campus’ handbook
- How & when tuition and supply fees are paid to each instructor
- How lunches/snacks are handled as detailed in this campus’ handbook, if applicable
- How study hall is handled as detailed in this campus’ handbook, if applicable
- What to bring the 1st day of class (backpack w/”Quick Glance Index Card” attached, supplies instructors have requested, lunch and/or snack if applicable)
