The online course is to be successfully completed within 14 days of receipt of the course access code. Day 1 will be the date KAR emails the course code to the Applicant.
Failure to successfully complete the online course in accordance with the policy will result in the immediate termination of the Applicant's temporary services and forfeiture of the course fee.
Successful completion means completing all of the course modules and attaining a minimum score of 70% on the final online exam at the end of this course. The applicant may take the final exam as many times as necessary to pass. A passing grade of 70% must be attained within the 14 day time period and if not, re-enrollment in the course at a cost of $100.00 is required.
Where the KAR education course materials are accessed by means of the Internet or other electronic transmissions, the Association, its service providers, and/or its business partners are not responsible for any damage or loss of data that may result to the Applicant, the Applicant’s computer system, or any other electronic device of the Applicant.
The Applicant agrees that this course does NOT constitute legal advice and in all cases, questions about real estate transactions and dealing with customers, clients and the public are to be referred to the Managing Broker.
The Applicant also agrees that this course is protected by copyright and all graphics, illustrations, narrations, text and method of delivery are owned by World Wide Learning Group, unless otherwise specified. The use of this course does not imply permission to copy the works contained herein. No part of this course may be duplicated or transmitted by any means without the express written consent of World Wide Learning Group.
