Description

Metered Softeners are suitable for those with variable water requirements as the metered valve will cater automatically for changes in water usage. The computerised valve calculates whether adequate softening capacity is available for the next day and regenerates only as necessary. This can reduce water usage and salt to the minimum consumption whilst ensuring that when usage is increased there is always plenty of softened water available.

This softener range is a complete system with no hidden extras. The softener itself is supplied in a stylish, tailor made, high gloss housing . It is available in a choice of three sizes to ensure maximum yet economical performance with a minimum of space.

All systems are supplied complete with a unique “full flow” fitting kit making installation quick and simple, whilst ensuring a plentiful supply of water is maintained for high usage utilities around the house. A hard soft blending control is included so the softness of the water can be adjusted to individual preference.

The average number of days between regeneration is calculated by dividing the number of people days by the average number in the household. Calculations allow average consumption of 160 litres per person per day at an average hardness of 20° clark.

Once installed the only maintenance required is to top up the unit with salt occasionally. We recommend tablet salt, which is available from over 2000 outlets throughout the UK.
