Minutes for October 5  at 7:30 in New Borough Hall  

Next Meeting in office November 9 at 7:30

Attending:  Tom Price, Jo Schuler, Tess LaMontagne,  Lori Kesilman. Derek MacMillan,

Absent: Andrea Antell

We are in need of ONE more member.  Contact the office if you are interested.

Committee Organization:

• Derek is chair
• Andrea is the treasurer
• Lori is secretary
• We meet on first Mondays of the month  

Minutes for Tonight’s Meeting:

1. Working on comprehensive plan

1. Mission statement on one page centered
2. table of contents
3. Tess will put pictures in
4. Lori will fix cover page and format the document

3. We approved boundary sign for printing.  
4. We are permitted for kiosk, bench, sign, big sign, Keeley sign  
5. DCNR - Permits have been submitted for grading, bridge/walkway and waterline
6. Master Plan Outline - Andrea will send out to the group and we will discuss at the next meeting
7. Keeley Avenue Bridge - small sign with address only  for the street
8. Mission Statement Approved - will be included in the Master Plan The Orchard Park Committee, in collaboration with Borough officials, is committed to providing areas of natural enjoyment, preservation of habitat, support of native species, and places to foster community well-being.  We are dedicated to supporting these these ideals in the present and planning for the future.
9. New grant (with no match) update - Bird Town would like to apply for this Tom will start contact.  Andrea will give tom the info.
