Minutes for February 2 at 7:30 in New Borough Hall  

Next Meeting in office March 2 at 7:30

Attending:  Lori Kesilman, Derek MacMillan, Tom Price, Tess LaMontange,  Andrea Antell, Gwen Preston-Yamamoto,

Absent: Gina Vigilante-Soto

Committee Organization:

• Derek is chair
• Andrea is the treasurer
• Lori is secretary
• We meet on first Mondays of the month  

Minutes for tonight’s meeting:

1. Peter update on the walkway from Covered Bridge Park to Orchard Park.

• He guesses that bridge supplies would be about $3,000.
• He guesses $480 for water to garden

• Just so we know - He guesses $400 for electric to garden area
• Just so we know - He guesses $1200 for water fountain

• Peter and Rick will draw out the bridge

2. Tess discussed PECO grant

• treework will be completed when snow ends
• walkway
• waterline/fountain possibility
• bench
• sign
• bushes along the residential border

• blueberry bushes
• Tom will create a design plan for this border

• apple tree replacement

3. Camp - changes made

• looking at having Mike Goodwin write a liability waver

4. Website

• mission statement
• Tom will do survey for website

5. Rush playing field

• Derek is still negotiating
• There will not be any conflict with camp
• Will happen after the frost clears!
