JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

OF THE [KS] KONVICTED SOULS CLAN

Responsibilities

Responsibilities are the specific tasks or duties that members are expected to complete as a function of their roles. They are the specific activities or obligations for which they are held accountable when they assume and or are assigned to a role on a given project or team.

General Positions and Roles

  Clan Founder The role of the five star General and clan founder is to keep the clan functioning, functions as the system admin (SA) and keeps TeamSpeak up and available. Doing this job takes on a whole new role of responsibility in what it means to keep order and balance within a large group of friends, but at the same time shouldn't have to be bothered with every crisis that arises in or out of the clan. The founder obviously created the clan and has been with the clan from day one.

  General – This is the highest rank of all the Generals. They’re in charge of keeping all the Alliances of the clan running smoothly, no problems, no disputes, no complications, but at the same time can take over any other member’s role and perform their task if they are not complying with the clan rules or their denoted job title.

  Lieutenant General – Their role is to oversee all operations of the clan itself, knows exactly what to do and where to go to get the job done, to make the clan a better active unit. Has the knowledge and understanding of officers underneath them, that any job given will be done correctly and finished within the allotted time frame. Is required to be just as much active on TeamSpeak and in the clan as much as possible to keep order and balance with the unit.

 Major General –  A Major General Overseas all map tactics that are being applied to Clan Wars, where officers and members should go in a match, or what they should be training on for the match, has the responsibility and understand to get the job done correctly, but doesn't abuse his powers over personal gain.

 Brigadier General – This is the Beginning stage of the generals, the 1 star is in charge of All other officers within the clan, has the understanding and ability to perform any task or give it to another officer to complete within reason. Has the experience to oversee Clan Wars, how it's run, how it operates, what tactics should be applied while in battle, excellent call n command skills. Has been with the clan since the beginning and knows how to operate the clan efficiently.

High Command Positions and Roles

 Colonel – Colonel is the highest non-general rank and is in charge of the entire division, meaning they run all companies within their section. Has the authority of the generals to promote or demote up to their assigned rank, knows all the officers and members within their section. Is in complete control of coordinating trainings and meetings for their companies as well as overseeing training matches and what tactics should be applied to make members more aware of their surroundings in the game.

 Lieutenant Colonel – This officer is the second highest rank in the non-general command. Their role is to oversee all operations of the appointed company below them him, has the approval and experience to change our tactics or govern new tactics that best fits the company. Has the understanding of how the clan works and has the ability to demote rank of any member under them in rank. Has been a part of the clan for a long period of time and is active in keeping the company going strong.

 Major – This officer has the most important job of all. They must keep order within the clan, hand out warnings, demotions, and does counseling pertaining to clan disputes. Has the authority to kick, ban or remove members or guests from TeamSpeak without higher approval.

Commissioned Officer Positions and Roles

 Captain – This officer is in charge of the entire company of the clan which is up to 30 members. They know all of the officers and understand their abilities, strengths and weaknesses and can perform calling commands perfectly without hesitation. Doesn't complain about doing things, is a shining example to other members within his company, performs all their tasks and duties accordingly and does promotion and demotions without interference. Able to complete any task assigned and is a master recruiter.

 1st Lieutenant Has the training and experience in the clan to run operations like tank companies, team battles, platoon correctly, can perform calling command correctly, able to hold training matches and is in charge of two full tank companies.

 2nd Lieutenant – A 2nd Lieutenant is the Quartermaster. The role of a Quartermaster is that they’ve been through the role of training members and knows how to do it correctly. Also runs training rooms to show off new strategies or tactics that improve the clan itself, even clan wars tactics play a role.

Non - Commissioned Positions and Roles

 Command Sergeant Major – A training officer is in charge of training new members of the clan that don't necessarily understand military tactics or how to work as a team, unit or squad. Showing them the ropes of team game play basically. They also can add clan tags, rank or military insignia.

 1st Sergeant This is the second highest non-commissioned officer. They know how to coordinate and control everyone underneath them with respect and understanding. Their job is to also help the training officer in training new members of the clan or new recruits on understanding what it means to work as a team and conducts new tactics training.

 Sergeant First Class – A higher position than the previous rank. Able to perform calling commands without hesitation, can run tank companies within bigger groups of 10. Has a great understanding of how everyone operates together as a whole.

 Staff Sergeant – Understands how to run team battles and can run platoons with no problem, but is more experienced and is also able to command up to six members.

 Sergeant – Has been a member in the clan for a while and has knowledge and understanding of how things work. They are still learning, but can run a platoon; they are also good at calling commands. Additionally, they are able to run platoons of two to six members.

 Corporal Their primary role is to help new members or recruits on games, getting set up on TeamSpeak, joining platoons, getting ranks and company tags.

 Private First Class – New full member of the clan and has finished their seven day recruitment stage. They are now ready to interact with other members within the clan.

 Private – Starting member of any clan. They are here to also learn, understand game and map play. Figure out how to work together and getting to know other players in the clan. Learn new game play tactics.

Recruit  Also known as a slick sleeve, someone who has just joined the clan and new to clan proceedings, surroundings and maybe the game. This is the time to learn clan rules and get to know members in the clan and refine their skills.

Clan Ribbons and Descriptions

Good Conduct – The member should have a positive attitude, no team killing in any way shape or form, and no trash talking about the clan or any of its ally clans.

1 Day Blue Ban – Obviously it speaks for itself. Team killing a teammate or clan member is not tolerated in any game play. You will be banned from any team games for 24 hours.

90 Day Member – This is for members in the clan that have been a part of us for more than three months, knows the ins and outs of clan proceedings.

NCO Tank Instructor – Member, who knows about tanks, understands the recoil, impact, terrain, where the tank should go and be placed. Has a great understanding of how tanks work within the game and knows how to utilize them effectively.

Clan Defense – Members who put themselves in front of enemy fire to save a clan member or the team from defeat in battle.

Artillery Expert – This is for Members who have gotten Top Gun Medal with artillery within a match. (Screenshot proof or video proof)

Sky Cancer God This ribbon is hard to achieve. You have to get a Radley Walters Medal with artillery to get this. (Screenshot proof or video proof)

Officer Status – Speaks for itself. It's given to members in the clan that have either been promoted or received this ribbon to get officer status.

Expert Trainer – This ribbon speaks for itself as well. A master in training abilities, knows how to help members out within battle and in training companies.

Clan Dedication – A member that receives this ribbon is fully dedicated to the well-being of the clan and its overall status as a whole.

General Leader – An officer that received General Status in the clan denoting them of a high rank and respect achieved either through promotions or battles and experience from past or present events.

Outstanding Recruiter – An outstanding recruiter implies that the member has recruited enough people to start his own company.

Outstanding Clan Member – An outstanding member within the clan and who stands out from all the rest. They have accomplished or conducted constant recruiting, trainings, strongholds, kept the clan in check and helped paying for TeamSpeak. Basically, everything the founder does to keep the clan going.
