- Go to the top of your web browser and look toward the right hand-side for the three dots. Click on the three dots. (They are small and not really noticeable!)
- A new window will open. Click on Settings.
- A new window will open. Scroll to Privacy and security.
- Look for “Cookies and other site data” click on the grey arrow to the right.
- This will open a new window. Go to General Settings and select “Allow all Cookies”.
- Open Preferences from the Firefox menu.
- This will open a new window. Look for the gear icon General and click below on Privacy & Security.
- Select Standard.
- Go to the top of your web browser and look toward the right hand-side for the three dots. Click on the three dots. (They are small and not really noticeable!)
- A new window will open. Scroll down and click on Settings (look for the gear icon).
- Click on Privacy, search and services.
- Select Balanced.
- Click on Add a site
- The add a site window will appear. Type: https://nyit.instructure.com
- Click Add
- Open System Preferences from the Safari menu.
- Under General, go to Privacy (look for the hand icon).
- Make sure Prevent cross-site tracking and Block all cookies are both unchecked.
- Return to the home screen. Find the Settings icon.
- Scroll down and on tap the Safari logo.
- A new window will open. Scroll down to Privacy & Security. Make sure Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies are off/unchecked. (Toggle to the left - when off the buttons will change from green to white).
- Please note! You will need to restart Safari before these settings take full effect.
- In Chrome, click on the three dots on the top right.
- This will open Settings.
- Click on Site settings - below Privacy and Advanced.
- Select Cookies.
- Select Allow cookies. Sites will work normally.
