Position: Administrative Assistant
Staff Category: Part-Time (20 hrs/week)

Reports To: Director, Finance & Administration
As a member of the Catch the Fire Family, you will be surrounded by passionate lovers of Jesus who excel in their areas of responsibilities. In this position you will perform important administrative duties to support the mission of the church. This position requires competent computer skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails, greet guests who come to the building, and manage mail and deliveries
- Inventory and order church supplies
- Schedule regular vendor maintenance
- Data entry into the church database
- Distribute and track all keys issued to staff, vendors, volunteers, and guests
- Train and monitor School of Revival Interns assigned to the administration dept
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships to improve pricing and quality of supplies purchased
- Provide administrative support to ministry leaders
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in using various computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets.
- Flexible and open to changing priorities, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, within compressed timeframes in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Thoughtfully organized with a keen attention to detail.
