Team building develops leadership skills as students complete tasks with a group. The concepts of movement will improve performance of specific skills and provide the foundation for a variety of sports and activities. Integrating fitness concepts and skills into your everyday routine supports your overall wellness. Physical activity provides a variety of opportunities for health, enjoyment, challenge, self expression and social interaction. | ||
