Turnitin External Tool in Canvas: Allowing Students to View the Similarity Report

  1. Click on Optional Settings (bottom left, next to gear icon).

  1. A new window will open. Submission settings.

  1. Scroll down for Similarity Report.
  1. Check the box “Allow students to view Similarity Reports” so students can see their reports.

  1. Additional Settings and Submit.
  1. Optional: “Save these settings for future use”.
  2. Click Submit to save your changes!
