Amy Stewart JAT chair
- 12th annual JAT was a success. Annie has the grand totals
- I have figured out the winners of the biggest class earners and they will be awarded by Sally on Friday
- I handed out the winners of the laps last Friday, posted to the FB page and sent to Cecelia to send to the room parents last Friday as well so everyone can check their children’s time.
- The winner of the pizza party is First grade!
Celeste Hansen (Communications Coordinator):
- Continuing to update the social media sites
- Would like to have the new teachers know what they do and do not use the room parents for
Annie (Treasurer)
- We got money from a grant $411,014.00)
- Ending balance: $127.254.48)
- JAT earnings as of now is $47,079.00 after taking out the costs of the t-shirts, lap runner and handbid account
Claire Taulbee (President)
- A form online to have everyone to request for materials and stuff for the school and to be able to track and show to the school where the money they have donated has gone to
- Annie is going to fill out the form so it goes in to the budget
- Trying to figure out how to eliminate some of the apps we use to cut down on the communication
- Parents are wondering why we no longer have Spanish, Art, and robotics on the campus
- We need access to the website that includes the robots to regain access to have the lower grades to have access (Wonder workshop) Sally is going to work with Christian and the website to try and fix this
- Both Spanish and Art need to be determined by the board and the school not by the Foundation Board
Meghan (Gala) (The Grand ole Osprey)
- Proposal for Gala - Two tiered ticket
- Tier one: food, open bar, casino access, dessert, silent auction
- VIP: all the above but to include the whiskey tasting
- We can remove or adjust anything on the proposal depending on the amount of people we get
- We need $4,433.19 to hold the night at the Cosmopolitan
- Ticket pricing: $100-140
- The only thing not on the list that we need is the Auctioneer and music/entertainment that we are hoping to get donated
- Budget for now is $22,000

Mike Sardone (Parliamentarian):
- He has been working on the bylaws to redefine the roles as we use them today and not how they were originally made - and he will get back to us
Cecelia (Volunteer Coordinator)
- Going to work on getting the Volunteer/Foundation Shed cleaned and organized as well as getting the gowns cleaned and repaired - and Cecelia is going to make up the sign up genius to address both of them
Sarah Piehet (Webmaster)
- Text messaging alerts through Edlio as of right now we have been denied access, but Sarah is going to work with the school webmaster to be able to get this function restarted for the school
- She made name badges for OTA Parent Foundation Member/volunteers
Sally (Vice President)
- 2 grants written and submitted ($20,000 for lego for kindergarten) we will hear back in February and one for Nordstrom grant $20,000 for music rooms will hear back in April
- Looking into Grant money for the next grant for access for future years of what they need (3 year plans)
- Sally is looking into Art program
Chelsea VanWerden (Teacher Representative)
- Has a few requests for wish lists and new traffic cones
- Andresa is going to donate soccer goals
- The equipment to fix the basketball hoops has arrived and Devon is going to work on getting them fixed
Devon:
- Janitorial company no called no show for the past two days but multiple concerns about the sanity and cleanliness of the classrooms. The cancellation of the old company due to multiple problems on November 19, 2022 and we have a new company that is starting on November 20, 2022
- Asking for volunteers to be able to get workers in b/w Thanksgiving and Christmas to get all the bathrooms cleaned and fixed ad everything that needs fixing up and running
