Minutes for November 9  at 7:30 in New Borough Hall  

Next Meeting in office December 7 at 7:30

Attending:  Tom Price, Jo Schuler, Tess LaMontagne,  Lori Kesilman. Derek MacMillan,

Absent: Andrea Antell

We are in need of ONE more member.  Contact the office if you are interested.

Committee Organization:

• Derek is chair
• Andrea is the treasurer
• Lori is secretary
• We meet on first Mondays of the month

1. Finance update - will do next time since Andrea is not here
2. Strategic Plan
3. Permit update
4. Lawn plan

Minutes for Tonight’s Meeting:

1. Tess wrote letter draft that will get  sent to ask for extension or permission to repurpose funds. We proofread it. She will send this out.
2. Tess talked to Mark.  DCNR is delayed.  We are hopeful that we will hear back by the end of the week.

1. Mark has scope of work written
2. One regrading estimate for 2,000 one for 7,000

3. This grant funded by PECO but National Lands Trust oversees them.
4. Strategic Plan review - feedback from Jo.  Tom will look at it this week and add paragraph.
5. Plan will be presented to council at December meeting.
