Russian(?): Moscow Mule (Gourmet Version)

Ingredients:
- 1 generous jigger vodka
 - 1 jigger ginger juice
 - 1 lime, juiced (approx 2 tablespoons)
 - ⅔ jigger agave nectar (approx 2 tablespoons)
 - Ice cubes 
 - Seltzer water (approx ½ cup or 4 oz)
 - 1 slice of lime for garnish
 
Procedure:
- In a pint glass, add vodka, ginger juice, lime juice and agave nectar; stir vigorously
 - Add 3 or 4 ice cubes
 - Gently pour in seltzer water to fill glass
 - Garnish with a slice of lime and serve with a straw
 
Variations on the theme:
- Kentucky Mule: use bourbon instead of vodka
 - London Mule: use gin instead of vodka
 - Mexican Mule: use tequila instead of vodka
 - Oaxacan Mule: use mezcal instead of vodka
 - Jamaican Mule: use rum instead of vodka
 - Irish Mule: use Irish whiskey instead of vodka
 - Glasgow Mule: use Scotch whisky instead of vodka
 - Bohemian Mule: use absinthe instead of vodka
 - Sonoran Mule: use prickly pear flavored vodka instead
 - Kyiv Mule: use black currant flavored vodka instead
 - Hawaiian Mule: use pineapple flavored vodka instead (garnish with pineapple spear)
 - Christmas Mule: use pomegranate flavored vodka instead (garnish with pomegranate seeds)
 - Virgin Mule: skip the vodka
