Live Server Changes from May 18th to May 23rd

Mac:

New issue with metal renderer

• “You have run the game on the fast and new Metal driver, which does not support the Steam уet. Do you wish to continue? Or press 'No' if you want to return to the OpenGL driver.”

Armor Changes:

Most dural armor types (plane structural parts) (greater than 3.3mm) now have only 50% armor quality.

Most wood armor types (plane structural parts) (greater than 3.0mm) now have only 50% armor quality.

Fuel tanks and ammo racks should no longer create extra spalling

Gun Changes:

AP + APCBC rounds will get new post pen effects

APC rounds on british guns will get new post pen effects

AP_Medium_caliber as compared to old AP effects:

• Armor and shell mass effect amount of spall
• Has armor and shell fragments, not just only one
• Narrower angle of fragments
• Higher fire chance

Ap_large_caliber (T34/M103)

Powerful shell fragments(section 1 of 3) max angle: 15 → 10 degrees

Moderate shell fragments(section 2 of 3) max angle: 30 → 20

Weak shell fragments(section 3 of 3) max angle: 60 → 45

Weak shell fragments(section 3 of 3) max distance: 4 → 3

Weak armor spalling (section 2 of 2) max angle: 60 → 40

Weak armor spalling (section 2 of 2) max distance: 4 → 3
