PhDetox Module 2: The Solution to Toxicity
#1: Step 1 = Awaken
Alkaline, water-containing foods and liquids reconstitute (or awaken) old waste matter and pull it out similar to how magnets pull up metal.
Awakening the beast can also mean bringing up symptoms. We’re essentially recirculating old toxic waste in the system so that it can leave the body.
When the waste is in motion, we need to get it OUT! We use transition and elimination to remove the waste.
Possible symptoms during the awakening process: Headaches, bloating, sore throat, flu-like symptoms, discharge, joint pain, tooth aches, skin breakouts
#2: Step 2 = Release
Ease comes during this RELEASE stage of eliminating the toxicity

#3: Transition
Do not awaken more than the body can release. It’s best to take things slow and easy.
The goal is to find the “sweet spot” where you know you are waking up enough old waste matter to get it out of the system, but not too much to overload the system. In the “sweet spot,” you may be feeling some mild symptoms, but those symptoms go away as the waste goes away.
Another key to a successful transition is knowing your dietetic history and your ability to eliminate.
