Coronavirus Update - 25th August 2020
To all our customers,
Since 1946 our company has, on occasion, had to navigate some choppy waters but the recent outbreak of Covid-19 is unprecedented in terms of its effect on our day-to-day lives.
We want to keep you updated as we understand how upsetting the uncertainty caused by not knowing whether your local bus will still be running or the thought of cancelling a much longed for holiday or trip can be. The welfare of our staff, customers and passengers remains our top priority and we ask you to please bear with us as the picture going into Autumn unfolds. This page will be updated regularly.
We are currently handling a large volume of enquiries regarding local services and we would appreciate that, in the first instance, you check the various links (below) and our website and if you have any questions or concerns, please email email@example.com before calling. All our existing customers who are booked on tours and trips are being contacted systematically by Diane and her team so please wait to be contacted. Please see below for more details and we thank you for your understanding.
We would like to thank our staff, our customers and our suppliers whose messages of support and generosity have provided reassurance and even delight in these extremely difficult times and we are looking forward to a time when this is all over. In the meantime, please stay safe and well.

BUSINESS & SERVICE UPDATE: 25th AUGUST 2020
School Bus Services: We will keep you informed of the situation as it emerges over the coming days but, for now the:
Local Bus Services: services all running to non school (holiday) times tables until the start of term - please see links to timetables below:
Contract Commuter Services: running as normal unless advised otherwise.
London Special: We are researching the viability of running this service. If you are interested please take a moment to fill in this short survey.
Tours and Trips: We continue to contact all of our customers whose trips have been cancelled or postponed and will continue to contact affected clients prior to their departure date to start discussing the options available. There is no need to call us as we will be in touch with you (by email or phone). Your help in keeping our phone lines clear is much appreciated. Your options are:
- If a trip has been cancelled by the venue or the hotel, where possible we will offer you an alternative date or you can transfer your booking to another holiday or trip.
- If not, we will offer a full refund unless we are being charged a cancellation fee by the venue or hotel in which case, we will have to pass on cancellation fees charged to us.
For those of you wishing to book in the future please visit our website; we hope that you feel reassured by our actions and that you will return to us for your summer and autumn bookings.
Coach Hire: Please contact us by email to let us know if you are postponing or cancelling your trip. In these difficult times we are working to our Terms and Conditions available on our website. Your options are:
- If you have an alternative date, we will transfer your booking at no additional charge.
- If this trip is then cancelled, without confirming an alternative date; the original terms and conditions and cancellation charges will apply.
