Coronavirus Update - SUMMER 2021
Life is getting back to normal - thank goodness! We would like to thank all our customers and staff over what has been a difficult time and are now looking forward to our 2021 Summer and Autumn programme.
HOLIDAYS & DAY TRIPS
We are delighted to see lots of our customers booking the holidays and day trips we have on offer. It is your choice to wear a face covering or not but for your safety, the current arrangements for social distancing continue with travelling pairs along one side of the coach and solo travellers on the other. For the time being, the front seats behind the driver are not being sold and remain out of use.s
Holiday and Day Trip Cancellations: We continue to contact all of our customers whose holidays and trips have been cancelled or postponed prior to their departure date to start discussing the options available. There is no need to call us as we will be in touch with you (by email or phone). Your help in keeping our phone lines clear is much appreciated. Your options are:
- If a trip has been cancelled by the venue or the hotel, where possible we will offer you an alternative date or you can transfer your booking to another holiday or trip.
- If not, we will offer a full refund unless we are being charged a cancellation fee by the venue or hotel in which case, we will have to pass on cancellation fees charged to us.
For those of you wishing to book in the future please visit our website; we hope that you feel reassured by our actions and that you will return to us for your summer and autumn bookings.
Local Bus Services: all our services continue to operate. There are no restrictions for social distancing and we are encouraging face coverings to be worn and keeping windows open to promote the flow of fresh air. Enhanced cleaning regimes remain in place with drivers cleaning touch points regularly.

899 and 901 Home-to-School Coach Services are not running due to the Summer holidays.
Contract Commuter Services: running as normal with the current social distancing arrangements and face coverings continuing until further notice. The front seats behind the driver will remain unoccupied and out of use until further notice. Enhanced cleaning regimes remain in place with drivers cleaning touch points regularly.
Coach Hire: We are pleased to see that confidence is returning to the market with clients requesting quotes and bookings trips for this year and next. Social distancing and face covering arrangements are at the discretion of the hirer but the front seats behind the driver will remain unoccupied and out of use until further notice. Enhanced cleaning regimes remain in place with drivers cleaning touch points regularly.
We continue to contact all of our customers with future bookings. However, if you have a booking please, contact us by email to let us know if you are postponing or cancelling your trip. In these uncertain times we are working to our Terms and Conditions available on our website. Your options are:
- If you have an alternative date, we will transfer your booking at no additional charge if given 48 hours or more notice prior to your departure time and date.
- If this trip is then cancelled, without confirming an alternative date; the original terms and conditions and cancellation charges will apply.
