- Service Delivery: If you engage Ymir Systems for services, we will retain the contact and billing information necessary to fulfill our contract and maintain legal financial records.
- Data Recovery & Security Audit Services: All client data is treated as strictly confidential. Any physical media provided for data recovery is stored in a secure, non-networked environment. Data accessed during a security engagement or recovered is held in a temporary, isolated environment and is securely purged from our systems immediately upon confirmed delivery to the client.
