We do not maintain a permanent database of personal information for website visitors.

• Inquiries: We use Formspree.io to process webform inquiries. Data is transmitted to Formspree and forwarded to our email system. This information is used to respond to your requests, manage professional correspondence,  and determine requirements for improving our products and services. By using our contact forms, you acknowledge that your information will be processed by Formspree in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Service Delivery: If you engage Ymir Systems for services, we will retain the contact and billing information necessary to fulfill our contract and maintain legal financial records.
• Data Recovery & Security Audit Services: All client data is treated as strictly confidential. Any physical media provided for data recovery is stored in a secure, non-networked environment. Data accessed during a security engagement or recovered is held in a temporary, isolated environment and is securely purged from our systems immediately upon confirmed delivery to the client.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, nor trade your personal information. Data is only shared with third parties under the following conditions:

• Service Providers: To facilitate essential operations, such as form processing (Formspree.io) or email hosting (Google). These providers maintain their own privacy policies.
• Legal Necessity: To comply with valid legal regulations or law enforcement requests.
