Take some time to yourself determine past and present lifestyle factors - be as clear and honest with yourself as possible:

#3: Open the Pathways
Let the floodgates open! Keeping the body clear through cleansing rituals allows life-force to flow through you. It's quite the energy-exchange -- these rituals take time but look at the time you won't be spending...at doctors offices! It's worth the commitment!
