PhDetox Module 4:  Modern Factors

 #1: The Yeast Monster

Acidity + Estrogen = Yeast Monster Breeding Ground

Yeast is very powerful and, if not acknowledged & tamed, becomes a silent monster causing many symptoms including weight gain, bloating, bowel imbalances, mood disorders and skin eruptions.  Acidic terrains are the perfect breeding grounds for the yeast monster to grow and grow.

This Yeast Monster is relentless - He quietly dictates our cravings of sugars & starches in order to be fed and stay alive - it becomes a vicious cycle accumulating more substances that further clog the body!

Could you be overly yeasted?  Ask yourself a few questions:

#2: Take a Walk Through Your Life

Dedicate one hour to yourself, your health, and the possibilities for clearing your body to create happy blissful cells, and a happy blissful life!

Start at birth and move all the way into present day - write down and identify where and how the yeast may have had the opportunity to develop in your body.  In order to create a new blueprint – your beautiful, clean future body -- we must tackle and eradicate the problem, starting from the beginning.

Consider:

Illnesses

Prescription and/or Recreational drugs consumed

Common meals/foods consumed

Old belief systems - parents, community

Shine a light on the shadows of the past & clarify for new beginnings!

#3: Starving the Yeast Monster

There are a couple ways to starve of the yeast monster: 1) little by little, 2) fully eradicate

If you are going to start little by little ask yourself what you can can truly get rid of right now - fruit?  breads?  sugar? Begin somewhere, a few simple changes to disempower the yeast monster enough will empower you enough to keep moving forward.

If you would like to eradicate him all together pull out ALL yeasts at once, and if you are going to sweeten, only use Stevia.

When removing yeast we often first consider removing starches, but remember: squashes and yams/sweet potatoes are safe, and if you are not ready to cut out grains completely, choose the grains at the top of the food hierarchy chart (quinoa, millet, buckwheat).
