PhDetox Module 8: Reversing Chronic and Acute Conditions
#1: Enough Already
When you know what the real thing is like - whether in health, or in love, or friendship or joy, you just don’t fuss around anymore with the imitations.
Supplements and powders are imitation health supporters! They have stood in the way of so many people discovering true health. They have given a false sense of security, have sent the wrong message for so long, and we have all been drenched in the darkness that prevents us from coming into our fullness.
It is so important to get to the root cause of symptoms and remove the obstruction that is preventing qi flow. Keep holistically-minded, we are not machines- there is not one part of the body that needs to be "fixed". it is to be viewed as the whole individual that you are.
#2: Viruses & Allergies
We have the Good Hosts and the Poor Hosts walking around the planet:
..and in this case, good ain’t so good- "good" means a good place to call home for the virus. A "poor" host doesn’t have a terrain that’s sustainable for the virus to survive on.
We all have a Alkaline Reserve- a bank account in alkalinity – be a billionaire in alkalinity, not a pauper! How stocked up we are is another story! Be veggie-centric, and accounts are sure to increase!!
If you’re allergic to things like:
Those listed above are all poisons, and will offend your system. Everyone is to some degree allergic to these poisons, there is a certain acidity to them, and it would make sense to remove them from your diet.
If you’re having allergies where pets and seasons are concerned, that’s different, and should not occur in clean-celled individuals. It’s not natural to be allergic to pets & springtime, and should go away once this lifestyle is embraced.
#3: Crossing the Bridge
Old paradigm (where you start from, untruth) vs New Paradigm (the new way of truth, empowering for the human body/spirit)
Imagine a bridge....
Now slowly see yourself walking across the bridge that brings these two paradigms together. Where do you stand?
Slow down- don’t walk too far ahead, cause you may be forgetting certain factors, such as:
Be honest about where you are on the bridge.
Why? If you get a bacterial infection you are going to have to know if you need to go the medical route. There is still a place for that -- if you are still in the first half of the bridge, taking an antibiotic the doctor prescribes may be necessary. In this case (-) x (-) = (+)
But if you’re far enough across the bridge, your body will likely be able to fight the infection without medical science.
Know your history, know your alkalinity- really really know. If you don’t know the state of your body yet, chances are you’re not there yet. It’s ok, just be honest with yourself, and keep moving forward.
