Beginning Google Suites - 3HRS

This session will introduce teachers to the power, convenience and ease of using Google Documents vs. Word, Google Slides vs. Powerpoint, and Google Sheets vs. Excel. The bonus is you will learn about Google Forms, a tool which allows you to collect meaningful feedback as well as self-grading quizzes.

Google Classroom & Integrating other tools - 3 HRS

In this session learn tips and simple keyboard shortcuts that fit YOUR device.  The Instructional Technology Coaches will show you simple keystrokes that can help you easily copy, cut, paste, or even screen capture.  From keyboard shortcuts to organization solutions and best practices, we will help you streamline your device usage and work better, faster. We will also show you how to record video lessons and share directly from your Google Drive, create QR codes and shortened URL’s in one click with Chrome Extensions.  Automatically grade assessments and help your students (and yourself) proofread and edit with Add-Ons for your Google Tools. These tools and more will help you extend the power of your Chrome Browser with useful extensions and beef up your Google Tools with Add-Ons.
