In the continued push for immigration justice, the voices of our communities — the people who have experienced the immigration process in this country first hand — must remain front and center.
The Eyes on ICE: Truth and Accountability Forums, organized by Mijente, as part of the national We Are Home campaign, are designed to expose the immigration enforcement practices we have witnessed and lay out our demands. As the Biden administration conducts its audit of the practices of ICE and moves toward policy change, we must ensure that they are informed and guided by the experiences of impacted communities.
This toolkit will help your organization engage with the campaign with sample guides and language for social media amplification of their Truth and Accountability Forums.
